According to some things that I have read, surviving the suicide of a loved one puts me at an increased risk for suicide and depression.
Is this actually true?
My religious background consists of 25 years of Christianity. I have visited my fair share of churches and they have all contributed to a variety of the things that I’ve learned. Recently, I have had a revelation of a simple truth: You Can’t Rely On God.
There is a little voice in the back of all of our minds that tries to convince us to do something drastic. Most of us ignore this voice so much that we barely realize that we’re being talked to anymore.
Stop ignoring it.
Just do it already!
